Atkinson Stilgoe reopens its branches to the public
[!Brand] is reporting a busy few weeks of activity since the housing market in England resumed following lockdown, and the teams have been hard at work getting back to the ‘new normal’ following the latest guidance to protect the wellbeing of its customers and colleagues.
To ensure all ‘Covid-19 Secure’ practises and precautions are in place, the branches began with a phased reopening behind closed doors initially, and are now undertaking appointments, market appraisals and viewings in a secure manner, observing social distancing at all times, utilising PPE for both staff and customers, and providing hand sanitiser, new branch layouts and protective screens:
‘There has been extensive planning and training going on behind the scenes, and many changes to our processes and practises to make sure that we were fully prepared for reopening,’ says Group Estate Agency Chief Executive David Plumtree. ‘We are now operating as a ‘Covid-19 Secure’ agency by observing social distancing, and all the latest safety guidance to reassure and best serve our customers and staff. Business has never stopped, with the teams working fully remotely during lockdown, and since the housing market was reopened, we have seen a great deal of pent up demand. To help get things moving, we have also rolled out a dedicated marketing campaign to get the maximum exposure for properties, as well as new technology to enable more 360 virtual tours and viewings.
‘The health and safety of all of our clients and colleagues remains [!Brand]’ number one priority, and we are fully committed to supporting our customers’ needs and getting the best possible price for them during this challenging time,’ continues David. ‘So if you’re thinking of moving home, please do get in touch to see how we can help you to do so safely and securely, and if you have any queries or concerns then you can reach us by phone or email for advice. We look forward to meeting with many of our customers again, albeit in some new ways!’
If you have a property to sell and would like to arrange a free market appraisal, or would like more information on the local property market, please contact your local branch.
